Ok trying to go from Iphone to Macbook to play this game. Bought it as soon as i got my macbook but, the damn game doesnt work. You can write are the emails you want to the company but they just wont fix it. THIS GAME DOESNT WORK!

I bought this game when I was using my 2009 Macbook. It was extremely slow and the graphics were terrible to I stuck to using it on my iPhone and iPad. My dad recently gave me his 2011 Macbook Pro and I figured I would try out the game again since I never got the chance to before. I logged on sucessfully and made a new character. My subscription had run out so I tried to renew it. I tried the 1 month, and the 3 month without success. When I tried the 6 month subscription, it finally went though. Meaning, I was charged for it. Now when I log into the game it still tells me my subscritiion has run out, even though I just paid for another only minutes ago. I tried quitting and logging in again, and even rebooting my computer a few times. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to playing on a bigger screen than my iPad. Oh well. But, I would love my $10 back for buying the game in the first place, and the $3 subscription.

Its a total rip off… I bought the game because I thought its really cool to have it here on mac BUT NO!!!… I used my previous account on Gameloft, it says that my subscription was expired., I am actually willing to subscribe for like 6 mo. for $2.99 but when I click the button, I was stuck, I mean really?!?, I need to force shut down my mac and done it for like 10x already and still cannot subscribe my account… I contact go to forums and others mac users also have this kind of problem…. AND SO FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO WILL GONNA PURCHASE THIS GAME… ITS A WARNING… BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I tried renewing my membership and it would just freeze and now the app wont even open…does anyone know how to fix this??

i purchased this thinking i would be playing the same game server and characters as on my iPod. But noo, that would be just way too much fun. ive bought this game 3 times so far on different devices and they dont connect. its always a start over. im losing my faith in gameloft. Too bad they are so bashful they cant tell us these games dont sync on different devices. if you cant ripoff your customers who can you ripoff? right?

Update: My subscription ran out and I haven’t been able to renew. It locks up and I have to reboot my Mac to get out of the locked screen. I would love to be able to play and pay for a renewed subscription. Please fix. I would also love to have at least a minor update adding even one dungeon or something else to do at level 60. Update: After playing for a few months I havent been able to login for almost 3 weeks. I have contacted Gameloft and they have sort of tried to help me with no luck. It hangs on the "retrieving character list" screen. I will be requesting my money back and this is the last time I buy a Gameloft game. A good MMORPG for the price. It has a low population and needs the updates that iPad/iphone have already. Still a very fun game and there seems to be more people joining all the time.

This game is amazing for the iPhone/Tablet. So I thaught it would be an easy purchase on the mac and money well spent… I was wrong, Upon loading into the game It requested me to subscribe to the game. I didnt mind doing so because I enjoy the game and dont mind supporting it. However, whenever I click on any of the payment options the game crashes, Not only the game but my entire Mac requiring a reboot of my computer. Until gameloft fixes this issue I am unable to play on a mac and quite dissapointed. Fix your bug’s and my 1 star will become a 5 star. That being said, This game is good but do not purchase the mac version at this time due to the current payment issue. Purchase on an iphone/tablet where the game actualy works.

I cant pay for the subscription. It freezes when I select the package I want. Tried sending GameLoft a message and have never recieved anything back. I wish they would let me give them my money. Such a disappointment. I spent money on this and cant even play it.

I’ve tried to contact customer supporst many times, wrote a long review and emailed gameloft about not being able to create an account and therefore not being able to play this game (that I paid $7 for) and i would honestly just like a refund… please? Everyone else: dont buy...

I bought this game today but it won’t let me play. It keeps saying “connection lost, try again” everytime I try. I posted in their forums but got no answer. Guess I wasted my money.

WELL, I AM SO SAD TO TELL THAT I TROWN TO THE GARBAGE 7 DOLLARS, IT SAY THAT I HAVE TO PAY A PREMIUN USER PER MONTH, YES OK, I WOULD LIKE TO PAY IT BUT THE GIGANT PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I SELECT DE THREE MONTHS PREMIUN USER IT STAY RIGHT THERE AND DONT MAKE ANYTHING !!! SO WHATS HAPPENING? I FIRST HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GAME AND THEM FOR A SUSCRIPTION AND DOESNT LET ME PAY THAT SUSCRIPTION, SO I CANT PLAY !!! CAME ON GAMELOFT GIVE A SOLUTION PLEASE !!!!!

I downloaded this game when they made it available for Mac OS X, spent the $6.99 and all and it crashed on login. So I figured I would wait for the developers to fix some of the bugs. Now, some time later, I cannot play this game, because it says my “premium membership has expired” and the game freezes when I try to buy a subscription. I would not recommend purchasing this game, because there is no guarantee that it will work.

Wish I had changed the reviews to the most recent. Purchased this game and cannot play. You can’t subscribe, as the game freezes. I do not mind not being able to use my current account, but I would like to play the game on a bigger screen.

Im really looking for more comtent in the mac because is a fun game to play

Really liked the game on my phone and decided to get it on my mac. Well apparently it doesnt work on os maverick which needs to be fixed.

this name needs to be updated. loved it on my phone so i decided to download it. well it wont even open its a blank screen

Game just gives me a black screen when I start it. Clean fresh install of OS X Mavericks. Total waste of my money, will pursue a refund.
